It is better to have a fixed wake-up time in the morning, such as 6:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m., or somewhere in between.
You can choose a time that suits you, but make sure it is neither too early nor too late, and try to stay consistent with it. Once you maintain consistency, it naturally turns into a habit and helps you fit easily into a healthy daily routine.
Wake up and take a bath
We often see that many people, especially youngsters, pick up their phones immediately after waking up and start watching reels. This is not a good habit, because they don’t realize how quickly time passes. Before they know it, the time for school, college, or office is already gone or about to pass, and they end up getting late and starting their day in the wrong way.
So, after waking up, take a bath and keep yourself away from your mobile phone or any unnecessary activities. Instead, if possible, spend at least 10 minutes on exercise or light physical activity. Once you complete all the above habits or routine, take some time to rest—about 5 to 10 minutes. This is a good habit. Sit or lie down in a quiet place where you feel comfortable. Relax for a moment and think about your time and the goals for the day.
Healthy but light breakfast
Now it’s time to eat something that goes into your stomach and helps your mind start working positively. Try to have a light but healthy breakfast, such as fruits, fresh juice, or any food that is not heavy. You can also have a simple paratha, chapati, or other light meals.
Always remember—do not step out of your home without having breakfast. An empty stomach can make you irritated or angry, which is not how you want to start your day. So, make sure you have breakfast every morning.
Get some sunlight and start your day
