If you’re living in a place with hot or sunny days, here’s my tip: drink 8–10 glasses of water daily. You can also have nimbu paani (lemon water) or coconut water. These not only keep you hydrated but also give a boost to your immunity. Make this a daily habit to stay fully healthy and feel your best every day.
Keep Your Lunch Hygienic and Healthy
As the day goes on, I recommend having a proper Indian lunch that’s both hygienic and healthy. Go for simple options like roti, dal, chawal (rice), chapati, curd, and salad. Avoid chemical-laden spices and fried market food. Instead, use natural Indian spices like black salt ( kala namak ), homemade chili powder, and turmeric. This kind of lunch keeps you healthy, energetic, and full without harming your body.
Include Fruits and Juices in Your Diet
Here’s something you must keep in mind: always include fruits in your daily diet. They give you energy and keep you feeling fresh. No matter what the weather is like, make sure to eat fruits like bananas, apples, blackberries, and seasonal ones like mangoes. Adding these to your diet will keep you healthy and energized all day.
Be Smart When Eating Out
If you’re eating outside, try to avoid food that’s cooked on gas, stove, or coal in heavy oil. Instead, go for healthier options like roasted idli, tandoori pizza, or other dishes that aren’t fried. Always choose food that’s light, healthy, and easy on your body.
